Making this for no apparent reason
I feel as if all the 'rare' items are so common. And to prove that for a fact, I can honestly tell you that spiked collars are about as rare as a piece of dirt. Like, seriously, you come across about 10 people every day who have at least 2 spiked collars on their trade list.
WootMoo's den is always full, and once I finally get in there it's loaded with fancy members with Arctic wolves wearing black long spiked collars, black long spiked wristbands, black worns, green and black headdresses/black top hats.
And their trade lists? - loaded to the brim with spiked collars, worns, headdresses, reward plaques, 'beta' items (coming to that soon), mech angels, glitched items, and pretty much anything that's overrated.
Even worse, those people say the items are RARE and they're worth like 10 Founder's hats.
I can say only one word.
Lies.
I mean, unless the English vocabulary dictionary has changed since I last saw it, I had no idea that 'rare' meant common. And I know for a fact that the dictionary didn't change since I last looked.
BETA items
Those 'rare' people in Aldan/WootMoo's den are wrong, wrong, wrong.
:Look at this, for example.
I go to a person in Aldan, Temple of Zios. The person says 'TRADE ME, BET'AS ON TRADE!'
I look at their trade list in hope of finding actual BETAs for me to collect, and what do I see?
Spiked collars, headdresses, gloss wings, glitched rings.
I say to the person: 'Excuse me, jackyboy8408209321?' (pretend that person's username is jackyd00d in honour of Meloetta385's most valued hater)
Jackyboy says 'what?'
I say, 'You do realise that none of the items on your list are beta?'
He says, 'of course they're beta u n00b'
I say, 'Wrong. What do you think beta means?'
Says Jackyman: 'duh it obviously means items not in stores dumbu'
I say: 'Wrong once again. Beta means items on sale in the BETA testing period of the game, from 2010 to mid-2011. Spiked collars were released as a Monthly Member Gift in 2012 and headdresses were on sale sometime in 2012. Glitched rings were sold not too long ago as a ring colour that was replaced for unknown reasons, and gloss wings were sold in February 2014 as a Valentine's day item, but they're not in the Forgotten Desert and didn't return this year.'
Jackyd00d: lel wrong u n00b. reporting u
Me: :eyeroll:
End of rant. Good day.
